In a recent live workshop, he introduced us to NOAN, his platform designed to help business owners fully automate and streamline their operations.
NOAN acts as a dynamic knowledge system that continuously learns, adapts, and integrates into your entire business workflow.

Revolutionizing business knowledge with smart blocks
Most businesses struggle with scattered information—endless documents, spreadsheets, and inconsistent notes spread across platforms. NOAN solves this by structuring knowledge into Smart Blocks—modular units of business information that work as a single source of truth.
As Neal explained it:
“We think of business-building from a block perspective. Each of these is what we call a smart block, and it's a block of information around your business that once you develop and add, you can lock in and then the AI will always reference and understand. This is what ultimately ends up giving you accurate output and guidance.”
Unlike AI tools that require users to repeatedly explain their business context, NOAN retains and structures this information dynamically.
Smart Blocks are grouped into Stacks across all different areas of your business: your brand, your product, your subscription model, and more. For instance, you can have a block that covers your brand positioning.
Your blocks interact with each other, allowing changes in one area to automatically ripple across relevant business functions. Everything is accessible, structured, and instantly usable.
An AI-powered assistant that actually understands your business

“It’s looking at my tasks and looking across the product and saying, these are the things you need to do today. Then the most important thing is, it's giving me a rationale based on what it knows about my business. NOAN’s assistant references your Smart Blocks to provide personalized, context-aware support. It can handle things like:

With NOAN’s Create Mode, it’s super-easy to create high-quality, on-brand content. Unlike tools that require long and complex prompts, NOAN pulls from its structured knowledge to generate emails, sales pages, and even operational documents from just a quick prompt.
Neal explains:
“We believe that working with AI should feel like you are working with just an employee. You should just be able to give a command. You shouldn't have to give long prompts. You can give direction if you want. You can make changes, but we're trying to make this as seamless as possible.”
During the demo, Neal showed how a gym owner could use NOAN to generate a promotional email for members. He didn’t need to manually list membership tiers and special offers: the assistant pulled this information from the Smart Blocks, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
NOAN created a polished, professional email in seconds—with up-to-date details drawn from the information it already knew about the business.
A white-labeled AI dashboard for agencies and consultants
For consultants, freelancers, and agencies, NOAN offers a white-label version called Client Mode. Neal introduced this:
“Client Mode is a fully white label version of NOAN which you can deliver to your clients to give them an AI-powered dashboard in a matter of seconds.”
Client Mode allows agencies (and others) to:
- Decide which blocks the client should be able to see.
- Give them access (or not!) to Create Mode for AI-powered content generation.
- Edit the client’s information from the agency’s own side of the platform.
- Provide a 24/7 AI assistant that can answer client’s questions and support them.
Consultants can charge clients any price they want for access to their customized NOAN dashboards, turning it into an additional revenue stream.
What’s next for NOAN? AI that runs your business for you
Neal and his team are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI-driven business automation. Soon, NOAN will introduce deeper integrations with tools like Slack, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, making it even easier to manage and scale a business.
“We are building for a world where you can talk to your company. That's essentially what our goal is. You’re talking to your company and it’s deploying things for you.”
Neal also talked about how NOAN would have more advanced AI assistants and agents to handle executing tasks soon, along with ownership permissions to blocks to make for easier collaborating within your team.
