Welcome to the third lesson of our How to run your agency with AI course!
In this tutorial, we’re going to work with ChatGPT and Gamma to create a professionally designed agency pitch deck, outlining your services and unique value proposition. And even better, you’ll be able to do this in minutes with a few basic prompts and your existing agency collateral.
Steps we’ll follow in this tutorial:
- Create agency overview pitch content
- Generate pitch deck slides
- Finalize the deck design and share the slides

Step 1: Generate agency overview pitch content
To get started, we’ll work with ChatGPT to create the content for our agency overview pitch deck, using our agency website content as the reference data.
Sample prompt:
I want to create an 8-10 slide pitch deck for my agency (https://withonboard.com/), targeting the buyer personas we've identified.
Can you create the slide content for this pitch deck? I'm going to add the text content you generate to a pitch deck design tool to create the slides.
Don't output anything other than the deck content.

Once you’re happy with the output, click the “Copy” button at the bottom of ChatGPT’s generation to copy the slide content to your clipboard.

Step 2: Generate pitch deck slides
With our agency pitch deck content created, we’ll head over to Gamma to turn it into visual slides. To do this, click the “Create new AI” button in your Gamma dashboard.

Select the “Paste in text” option on the ensuing screen.

Paste the slide content ChatGPT created, select the “Presentation” option at the bottom of the screen, and click “Continue” when you’re ready.

This will take us to a page where we can customize the parameters of our slide deck. The left side of the page is where you can define the text and image content and the middle column of the page is where you can edit the slide content.
We’re going to set the text content to “Generate” and “Brief” to let Gamma apply further refinement to our text content. If you want to keep the content exactly as ChatGPT generated, you can select the “Preserve” option in the “Text content” section.

We’ll set our images in the deck to be “AI images” and the format of the slides as standard cards with a fluid height. Feel free to edit these parameters based on your preferences. Click the “Continue” button when you’re ready to move to the next step.

Step 3: Finalize the deck design and share the slides
In the last step, we’ll pick a theme for our slides and finalize the design. We’re going with a dark theme with an orange accent to match our agency brand colors. Click the “generate” button once you’ve selected a theme.

Gamma will generate a slide deck with all of your content (with AI images) for your review. You can edit your slides, add new content, and update images as needed.

When you’re happy with your slides, you can export or share a live link to the content via the “Share” button in the top right corner of the page.

And that’s it! You’ve gone from a single prompt to an agency overview pitch deck. You can repeat this same process to create other collateral like case studies, project recaps, and more.
